I believe there is 4 screws (2 in cup holders and 2 hidden in cd stash under rubber mat). Also you may nee to take the instrument panel off, which is simple (2 screws by speed cluster and then should to just be able to pull it off. You kinda have to play around the steering wheel.

Detach the clips (A, B) by pulling the center console box (C) up, and removing it from the center console (D).
Remove the screws (A, B) and clips (C), and remove the center console (D).
Install the console in the reverse order of removal, and note these items
