Question about 1997 Honda CR-V
I have a 98 honda crv for about a year i was having trouble with check engine light come on once in a while, code saying fuel too rich. it was getting bad gas mialage. it would always stall when i drove without letting it warm up. i had a timing belt put in o2 sensors complete tune coolant temp sensor and i can go on on parts it was expensive. and one day my wife decides to take it to a mechanic her father would used all the time. and they told me they could fix it for just the price of 1 hour labor. they adjusted the lifters and the car has ran like new since..
honda motors the lifters tighten with time and should be re adjusted ever 100k miles they told me mine gave me the same problem from 120k-135k miles
