You are having this problem -  Loss of Road Sensing Suspension Data You need to take the car into a dealer/mechanic and have them further check the co car so they can see what part of your suspension is messed up.

I have a 04 pontiac montana.I want 2 clear codes(auto zone said they couldn't) so I can find out what's wrong with my van.It keeps throwing old codes so we don't know which are current. How would I?

Buy a scanner at autozone about $50 and clear them. That way you will be able to scan your self and know what is wrong with van. I have my own scanners

If coolant is depleting all the time, you have a leak somewhere or it could be worse, a bad head gasket.Try clearing the IPC codes and see if they come back.
Did you check where the leak is coming from before replacing those components? That is a bad leak and you should be able to locate its source easily.

Hi, that is your vent valve, which the computer closes to check for leaks in the evap system. The computer is not able to close the valve, presumably because the wires are broken. The computer checks for current in the circuit and sets the code 447 if the current is not as expected. Try repairing the wires to see if the code will clear. You can test the valve/solenoid by connecting it straight to the battery. If it clicks and closes when hooked to the battery, the valve is good. I have a problem with my 2003 cadillac cts code po141 i have replaced the o2 sensor on the passenger side before the cat but i still have the same problem

You do realize you have 4 o2 sensors on the vehicle? Obtaining a reading from its computer (failure code) will not tell you exactly which sensor is faulty. In fact, no device currently that I know of will give you an error code to exactly which o2 sensor is at fault. You may have replaced a good sensor with a new sensor and hopefully you didn't throw the old sensor out. I would put the old sensor back in and start performing the process of elimination method with the known, new sensor. Currently, you are 25% there (2 banks, 2 o2's per bank).

From your codes it sounds like your problem is in the fuel system.
P0171 is air-fuel ratio is lean, malfunction.
P0192 and P0194 is low pressure detected in fuel rail.
So you need to look for leak/s, fuel pressure, fuel regulator, and fuel filter. good luck.

change out your distributor cap sometimes if its not pushing the right amount of current to your spark plugs it will cause a misfire it wont throw a code but will make your car vibrate violently. also check your compression and timing

Battery No Charge and Error codes

These are for 4.9L

P016-generator voltage out of range--Voltage is below 10 volts or above 16 volts with engine at 500rpm.

P030-Idle speed control (ISC) out of range--Check ISC for operation

A047-very low A/C refrigerant condition warning--check refrigerant level

I039-speed sensing suspension (SSS) fault--this one requires a lot of testing. Could be anything from bad connection at a strut, to bad ground, to bad strut.

I041-battery voltage too low--at 800 rpm, voltage is less than 10.6 volts

I052-keep alive memory error--means IPC lost voltage, and reset. Normal if battery was disconnected, or lost voltage.

These codes are for 4.6L

I039-loss of road sensing suspension (RSS) data--might need to replace rss module

P016-generator voltage out of range--same as above.

Check engine light is on

Two ways to reset the CEL:
Unhook the battery positive cable for an hour and reattach. This should reset the CEL, but if the car is producing a current code, it will come back on. The other way is to hook up a code reader and erase the code using this. You can use a generic code reader from Autozone or Advance Auto Parts for free to do this, or pay the dealer an outrageous sum to use the Tech 2 to do it. Again, if the car is still throwing a code (the code is not an old stored code) the CEL will return.
