I have the same problem but mine is an 04. We just found out about it cause we live in Arizona and haven't needed the heat of course. It's weird, exact same thing, heat on passenger's side but not the driver's side.

To see it or get at it you would need to pull wiper arms off an take cowling off to get at it . 2003 chevy monte carlo passenger side cooling fan not working

The passenger side fan should only come on while driving at highway speeds, to offer additional cooling help to cool down car, the Driver side fan is for when parked, ideling, city traffic, and air conditioner use. At least that is what i was told.

I have a 2004 Monte Carlo and My driver side blows out cold air and my passager side has heat. why dont my driver side have heat???????

you have "blend doors" under the dash, most likely you have dual side temp controls, and the little electric blend door actuator is bad, they are not easy to get to, but can be done in the drive way, hope this helps,

I have a 2004 monte carlo and my driver side heat does not work it blows out cold air even when the control switch is on the heat my passenger side works fine

Hello and welcome. this is caused by a bad temp door actuator for the drivers temp door. you will need to replace the drivers temp door actuator. this is a electric motor that moves the temp door from cold to hot and hot to cold

Have several problems abs light on traction control light, low coolant light on, seat belt light on ,driver side heated seats stopped working and fuel gauge doesnt work always reads full

My 2003 Monte Carlo and my husbands 2003 chevy pickup both had the ABS and traction control lights on. When it began it only came on once in a while but got worse until the lights were on all the time. After several attempts to find the problem we purchased a ABS Brack Scan. Part #CP9449. Although it doesn't pinpoint the exact problem it does tell you what wheel has the issue and possible problems. My problem was a bad wire in the harness. Good luck!

Is there a relay that controls the driver side window for a 2002 Chevy Monte Carlo. The window goes down but doesnt go up. Only the driver side

There is no seperate relay that controls the up function for your vehicle.
I would suspect a power switch as the root cause of failure, as the window runs down as designed.
Good luck

2005 chevy monte carlo ss, heated seat, driver side, quit working

If the switch lights up when you turn it on but the seat doesnt get hot, it is most likely the heating element in the seat. If the switch doesnt light up, you have a power or ground issue.
