The window should be put in a closed position.
Hidden screws behind buttons of the same color as panel should be opened up using a pick or small screwdiver.
Pry the lower part of the panel away from the door using a paint scraper, The lower half of this panel is usually held in with plastic fastners. When pulled hard enough they will release. These fastners are replacable you can buy them at your local body shop. After releasing all plastic fastners lift door panel off door lock in an upward thrust. Be careful not to pull to far away from door due to wire harnesses and speaker wires ect.. These can be uncliped to remove whole panel. To operate window you can replug window harness wires in order to bring the window into the proper position to remove bolts that hold it into place. Carefully position glass in upward position and duct tape in place.
The regulator is held in place by three or more bolts.
Remove regulator.
Compare your new part to the existing window regulator.
Installation is reversal of removal.

Driver's side window will not work. Door locks work.

My mechanic took out the panel on the driver side control because my right rear passenger window would not work after disconnecting the battery (but the control on the passenger rear door works) and when he put it back, it worked..it's possible it's just a loose wiring connection. My car is a 2006 Lexus RX330 with 58K miles on it.

Remote will lock and unlock all doors except drivers door.

then you have a defective driver door lock actuator motor, to change this u must remove the door panel, drill out the rivet and remove the old motor and pop rivet the new one in place, this requires a special jumbo size river gun and a rivet head cutting tool.

How do i remove the right front door panel to check on the wiring for the door lock - it does not lock electronically, only manually?

This is a universal description, your car may vary slightly...
On the inside trim, you can remove screws that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. You'll need to lift the door panel upwards in order to get it off the window ledge and disconnect the wires.

How to remove the door panel of a 1999 Lexus RX 300

You'll need to remove screws that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. If needed, you can pull back the weather seal (can't reuse it, but it's not that important) and you will be able to access everything inside the door

The tall center light is located behind the upper hatch inside panel. There are two panels need to remove. One panel is on the right, the other on the left. To remove the panels you have to use flat screw driver to pry out the panel in several locations. (These panels are secured by several small metal clips.) Be careful to collect all these clips and replace them on the back of the panel. You will need these clips to replace the panel later on. After remove the panels, you will be able to locate the screws on the tall center stop light assembly. Remove those screws and cover. After replacing light bulb. Assemble everything in reverse order. Remember, the metal clips have to set on the back of the two panels not the car body.

Driver's side Fuse Box?? Where is it?

If it is saying it is on the drivers side kick panel, there should be a little door that can be removed to access the fuses. You might also want to look along side of the dash itself when your drivers door is open to see if it maybe up there. Hope this helps.
