91 toyota pick up won't' start clicking sound

your starter sounds like its sticking. the carbon brushes in older models wear down and need to be replaced. or, starter needs replacing/reconditioning. first try to tap lightly on the starter with a hammer then try to turn the key(bring hammer with you!!)
failing that you may need to get it checked. you could try a hill start to see if it is just the starter.

1985 Toyota camry. Break lights won't work.

On the 1985 Camry, you will find the yellow bulb-out-sensor box on the right side of the trunk near the jack. Pressing a plastic tab lets it slide off its mounting bracket. Unplug it. One pin (at the end of the connector) should have 12V when the brake pedal is pressed. If so, the fuse, switch, and wiring are okay. The pin above that pin, with a white striped wire, goes to the brake light bubs. Note these pins on the yellow box. Pry the edges of the box back to release the four tabs holding the cover on, and remove the circuit board. Trace the path between these two pins. You will likely find bad solder joints. Re-solder them, and you should be good to go.

My truck won't start. It won't turn over... only clicking noise.. even with a jump. the headlights work but very dimly.. orange lights next to headlights flash on and off dimly consistently as well...

When a battery is very low, even a jump won't work because the battery takes too much out of the jump. Take the battery out and have it charged up.
If it won't take a charge, get a new one.
But also make sure the battery terminals and cable ends are shiny and greased.

If you really want to be sure, put a voltmeter on it.
A good battery should be 12.5.
When you crank it should go down to about 10.
If it goes below 9, either the battery is too low, or the starter is draining too much.
If it never goes below 11, it is not draining enough, and the solenoid is probably bad.
If when you stop cranking, it comes back up to over 11, then the battery is good, so the starter is probably bad.

1985 Nissan pickup- All headlights test good. On

Sounds like your ground wire is broken (which could be broken, overheated, loose or corroded) If the color of the copper has changed(looks gray) or is corroded then you must replace the plug.
