You didn't say the year? But check the coil. Frankster016

You should be able to read the codes by turning off an on 3 times in 5 seconds. Just count the flashes. A short pause will be a 2 didget number, a long between numbers. You can do this as many times as necessary. Thiis should track down the fault! Never mind the coil! Frankster016

It is a prob with the ignition! Have a scan done to pinpoint the trouble! You have spent way too much already. Frankster016

My 2000 jeep grand cherokee Laredo is feeling like its not getting gas it runs and drives but it feels like it want to cut off when you jus let it run or your at a long light what is the problem

which engine? (displacement?)
hot and cold engine it does that or only hot.
engine stalls.
scan it yet? using any scan tool? got DTC errors? what are they.
sounds to me (but im deaf) like MISFIRE, and stalling.
misfire is caused by over 50 things, i have list but why would i post 50 guesses? (kid stuff that)
misfire causes:
  1. never getting a tuneup this decade, is all time #1 reason......
  2. bad spark, see #1
  3. bad compression on 1 or more cylinders. (a simple test)
  4. bad fueling, too much (flooding) or too little, fuel starvation.
  5. EGR stuck open stalls all engines at idle or near.
  6. and many more...
there are some simple tests and all take tools
if no tools and just want guessing say that.
eg: i got misfire, please guess for me.

here, listen to the MASTER ASE mech here, he is #1

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XzsXMhNysks

see him say not to guess.? (my job is not to guess)
if you want to do the tests, say so.... (and buy tools)

Engine stalls once engine gets hot

Thinking back to those days. Points and capacitor. I would replace the capacitor. Check the points and if they are pitted then definetly a bad capacitor. Is that fuel line
near the exhaust causing hot gasoline and vapor lock?

1990 jeep wrangler runs rih won't stay running replaced map sensor and temp sensor

which engine,? the have up to 3 choices.
rih?
what are the full symptoms,
did you do the full listed 60k mile tune up on car?
sparkplugs, wire, cap rotor/filters? no engine runs right with bad spark
unless it's a diesel.
starts good
runs good or bad hot or cold engine
idle at 800 RPM hot?
stalls> when hot and cold engine
lost of power
bogging
misfire,
learchs>

only stalls , but runs perfect even up hills, at wide open throttle.
fresh gas, or 1 year old?fuel.
can your fast right foot , save the stall, and easily?

ok stalls 101.
1; lost 12vdc to EFI system.
2: lost engine compression.
3: lost spark.
4: lost fueling or floods
there is a simple test for each.
do you want more guesses, or how to do tests.
can do both, but my guessing fails 99 /100 times.

tune it up
do the right foot test. those are always first. on stalls.
always.

2.1 i stalling

Your fuel injection pump may need to be re calibrated. Check, clean or replace fuel filters if not done yet. Check pre-heating circuit runs properly. Diesel train tends to get ingested with water more frequently. Drain fuel filter of any water.

After my 94 plymouth voyager 3.0L gets to runnig temp it misfires and stalls once in gear.It runs fine when its cold. I did a tune-up and still have the same problem

Have fuel pressure checked when it starts to misfire/stall and driving down the road at normal speeds.
Not unusual for fuel pump to run at proper pressure when cool, but lose pressure when warmed up. If it's only running bad when off accelerator and stopping or turning and runs down the highway good, remove and clean AIS/IAC motor. ( idle speed motor ) Once cleaned, if it runs better for a while then starts to act up again, replace it.

92 pickup 22Re engine, runs great when cold but after heating up engine stalls and with no acelleration, and hesitation. After cooling off runs fine

Almost certainly a faulty cam sensor. This sensor suffers over time with the repetitive effect of getting hot and then cold along with the engine. The cam sensor determines when cylinder 1 is at compression TDC and this timing dictates the fuel injection cycle on the engine. If the cam sensor fails to report signals then the ECU fails to inject fuel appropriately and the engine stalls. Many times as the cam sensor gets hot it expands and any discontinuity becomes apparent. As soon as it cools down the cam becomes functional again.

My truck keeps stalling sometimes it will not restart for a long while.

ok, this can be a number of things here

Most common problem is that the ignition control module is going bad----once that starts heating up it's like a circuit breaker that cuts out(stalls)----that needs to cool down before restarting.

The truck prolly runs like a champ when its cold but when it gets hot---it sluggish and stalls.

try replacing the ignition control module but use high temp slicone lube between module and baseplate to keep the module from overheating and cutting out.

1999 chevy malibu, stalls, no restart after getting to running temperture. fuel ok, cranks but misfires when hot. cools down and starts. runs good cold. crank sensors ok

Sounds to be a bad ignition module or one of the coil packs. Will need a scan tool to know what cylinder (s) are misfiring in order to narrow it down.
