92 Dakota Club Cab v8 battery keeps dying?

Had the battery, alternator and starter checked and was told all is ok,
After a couple days of sitting, battery is dead and needs charging.
It's my folks truck and does not get driven much.
everything inside cab is turned off, It's like something is drawing power from the battery but not sure where?
Any help would be great, Thanks

A car shop replaced the battery and within a year I needed a new battery. They replaced it with the warning they wouldn't do it again. I tried starting the 92 Dakota less than 6 weeks later and it was dead. Now I haven't done anything for another 6 weeks. It's summer and I'd like to use the truck. What do suggest I do?

Turn everything off, remove the key, then with a test light check the fuses. You will need to check the interer light is off. This should lead you to the trouble. Also if it has a alarm, this will **** away power too! Frankster016

Runs for weeks then won't start

check your battery terminals, wires are probably loose. If not, take battery to auto zone to have tested to see if its good and holds a charge. If thats good, take your alternator to auto zone and have them test THat to see if its good. It is 99% one of these 3 things.

Starter/alternator problems on 1995 Dodge Dakota

The bid cable on the starter may have had another wire on it that the alternator charges the battery threw,it may not have got reconnected,or the fusible link in that wire may have burned into.Or plain and simple the alternator went out.Check these things out and remove the alternator and have it check out to see if it is working properley.

2002 dodge dakota won't start

If the battery is charged and the starter solenoid clicks then the problem is the the starter solenoid contacts are worn out and not making a good connection, they can be replaced, here is a link to a company that sells them, they are very cheap.
