Yes it is the same fuse, if the fuse is ok you may have a burnt out blower speed control module

If your front blower motor isn't working on any setting, could be the blower motor itself, the blower resistor, or sometimes the wire pigtail to either one could be the problem.

2001 nissan maxima heater blower isnt blowing

Check the fuse for the blower motor. If its okay, check for power at the heater motor. If you have power, and no blow, the blower motor will need to be replaced.

Air conditioner/heater fan not working. What could be the reason?

Well there could be a number of reasons why the heater/ac isnt working lets start with the blower moter fuse, then after that check wiring to the blower motor & the connections at the blower motor itself.Check to see that you have 12 volts post back if you have any more questions

Heater fan isnt working. cant find where the fuse

Look in the fuse/relay box under the hood,on drivers side,if the fuse is not blown, check for a bad relay near the blower motor,or in th relay box.If all this checks out,it can be the control head,it is a system with sensors all over the place, and any of them can cause the problem. But it does sound like the control head.
