My husband has two KA24E engines, and he asked my
Sorry but this is far too detailed and involved for the scope of this site. It's usually the biggest chapter in any Haynes or Chilton workshop manual and takes a professional technical author, illustrator and photographer many weeks to put together the first draft alone.
Answerers like me are all volunteers and FixYa does not have the facility to allow us to post all the photos and diagrams needed, and in any case most illustrative items would be copyrighted material.
The KA24E has been in a fair few models during the 1990's, all are long out of production and most of the workshop manuals are no longer published. But the Haynes Publishing Group own and publish Chilton titles and still list a manual for the US spec Nissan Stanza '82-'92 and late examples of the US Stanza had the KA24E fitted to them.
A new manual can still be ordered from their website for £20: considering that at UK prices that's not even half a tank of fuel it's an absolute bargain. Not quite free, but less than the cost of an air filter and an oil filter for a single KA24E and if buying it prevents just one mistake then it will have more than paid for itself.
I know this isn't the exact answer you wanted but hope that you can understand why and that the answer is still of some assistance.
