Problem with my gear box moving, I could not get a gear and then noticed the gearlever was in a different position (going round a roundabout) once staight I was able to get the gears again. Is it a problem with the mounting or the gearbox?

It is a problem with the shifter mounting it has probably come loose or lost a link it doesn't seem like an actual gear box issue

Get out gear that stuck in

I used to have an old Holden that did that. On the side of the gearbox were 2 levers that changed between gears. Sometimes if I was a bit quick on changing gears , it used to lock into 1st and reverse at the same time. By using a shifter spanner, I would crawl under the car and manually move 1 gearlever at a time until they clicked into the correct position. You may have the same problem where the gearbox has stuck in 2 gears. Have a play with the shifters while someone moves the gearlever to see if it will drop back into its correct position.

There is a huge play on my gearlever no 5th gear and reverse but 1234 working fine no noise on gearbox when driving when shifting reverseand 5th the gearlever very loose can move it left and right in...

It would help to know what you are working on, but generally "internal shifter" gear boxes will have a plastic bushung on the lower end of the shift handle. When this breaks, fittment of handle becomes very loose. Remove handle unit and replace the bushing.

I have alot of play on gearlever when in gear while driving on mondeo ST

there is a pivot at the top of the turret on the top of the box. This pivot wears or comes loose and allows the lever to move around . This would be the first point to check

Why is the shift leaver loose (not working) but the car is still in gear and able to drive in the last gear it was in when it whent loose?

Sounds like the cable is loose or an cable adjuster needs adjusting, check both in the engine bay and under the car, something is loose.

My speedo does not work cable is ok it just stopped on the motorway after working ok checked the cable and it turns a both ends

With the cable attached to the speedometer ask someone to observe as you make few turns in a flash on the cable , if there is no noticeable deflection the speedo moving a little above the zero - parking position- then the speedometer cablke connection socket is worn out as it can become rounded off in long usage. If so adjust with a SHIM placed into the socket of the meter to wedge.
however is there is deflection then the pinion in the gear box connecting the cable is faulty , the worm gear must be worn out.

My gear shift won't move out of reverse. It moves around but real loose and has pwr but can't start cuz it won't go into park.

Try to push the car or move slowly in reverse ( the struck position) when you must ttry to wrigggle out the gear.
But then you need to get the gear box overhauled to drive once again.
The fault can be minor , maybe the notch selector- but I think the box has to be taken out to have the job done properly.
Best get opinion of cost from you known circle.

Automatic gearbox 1990jetta2 car rides when gearlever is place in drive but when placed in reverce car donot want to move.

You need to get a Haynes manual or similar.
There are two cables which run from the shift lever to the transmission to select the PRND21.
If these cables are not adjusted precisely, you will lose a function. After the reverse gear stops working the out of adjustment won't allow the car to go into park. The park position becomes reverse.
The Haynes manual describes step by step how to do it. Cheap book (about $15).
Try other positions like neutral or part way through neutral and park and you may find your gear there. If you do, you are lucky; adjustment only.
If the cable is not the problem....you may need a transmission.
