If the blowers do not work on speeds 1.2.3 but are ok on speed 4 the most common fault is the heater resistor It is located behind the glovebox to the rh side

Change the resistor pack, this will give you your lower speeds.

Hi! Sounds like the blower motor is not working. I would suspect a bad connection at the blower resistor or the blower motor. Either one of these item themselves could also cause the problem

Blower (a/c & heat) stopped working on 2008 Pontiac Vibe. No heat or a/c.

Could be a bad connection at one of the fuses, or a coincidence and has nothing to do with the fuses. It could be the blower motor, resistor, or a connection somewhere.
You would need to check the blower fuse for power with a meter and then the blower motor when it fails to run.

92 jimmy blower motor wont run

I had this problem with my blower on the same vehicle. It was the blower it's self was bad. Cost me $26 to get a new one and now it works better than ever. You should try replacing the blower motor or at least test it be hard wiring it to the battery. If you get a responce from it then the problem lays between the blower and the switch. If you get nothing then replace the blower.
Hope this helps.
