Power steering is locked up...power steering fluid full

Hi if you have no power steering assist
check to see if the power steering shaft is broken
open the hood and the power steering pump is located on lower left of the engine
use a big screw driver or even your hand and try and pull the power steering pully towards the rad
if you can move the pully out then the power steering shaft is broken and you will need to replace the power steering pump
hope this helps you

Steering system

that is just the power steering trying to turn more than its limit. let off of the steering slightly and it should quit. this happens in all cars new and old that have power steering.

2002 Honda Accord - Steering

Ohhhh NO,

at first time you had problem you have to realise that its all about your power drive system same on fluid at piston or in a same bore also,

but now you had a lot of $$$ spent on this steering sysytem,

so now no more invest on steering for repairing,
now atlest now you have to replace with another new or if its = new car .
