Sound when braking which is coming while car stopping and releasing brake pads

You probably need to have your brakes checked asap. They could be worn and the longer they are used without repair/replacement, the more expensive it could be (and dangerous!).

2004 ford lariat it Wont go out of park I

There should be a solenoid that releases when you press the brake pedal. The solenoid releases the lock that prevents you from shifting out of park unless you have applied the brakes.
So, either the brake switch is bad or the solenoid or the wiring.

BUT, sometimes (especially if the car was put into park without coming to a complete stop) the transmission will get a bit stuck - rocking the vehicle could help.

My honda jazz is giving me a problem.when i am by the stop and i accelerate when its green light i feel a shake on the front end wheel.have have changed the tyres i did alignment but still the same

I'm guessing there's a delay in the front brakes releasing when you take your foot off the brakes. Try this experiment. In a large parking area (like a shopping center) where you can give yourself plenty of braking distance, use your emergency (parking) brakes to bring your car to a stop. The parking brakes only operates the rear brakes. When you come to a complete stop, accelerate and see if you still feel this shake on the front steering axle. If the symptom stops when you only use the rear brakes, then the brake master cylinder is not releasing the hydraulic pressure on the front brakes when you take your foot off the brake pedal. Who ever did your tires and alignment job should have suspected this, assuming you mentioned this symptom to them.
You spelled t-y-r-e-s which indicates you originated from Australia or UK England. In USA & Canada, we spell t-i-r-e-s. Put another shrimp on the barbie for me :-)

Parking brake light is on and brake feels stuck

It most likely has one or more frozen brake calipers (very common)I suggest replacing them in pairs, Make sure you flush the old brake fluid out.Check the E-Brake cables to make sure they move freely. The light coming on could be low fluid level.

Vibration in brakes when stoping, had rotor turned and then replace problem comes back in just a few miles less than 100 .If you brake hard it seems to help for a stop or two.

One of the calipers may need to be changed. t may not be releasing completely and causing the brakes to ride on the rotors continent which would eventually rub grooves in the rotors. Also the tire may need to be speed balanced. When the fixed the brakes it may have taken care of some type of vibration but the tire could be the real culprit.

Replaced rear brake pads, now there is a hissing sound coming from brake pedal when i start it , come to complete stop and after i turn car off .what is the hissing or air pressure release sound coming...

There are 2 things that can use vacuum near the brake pedal. If you have cruise control, there is a safety switch on the pedal to shut off the curise when you apply the brake. This switch may be leaking.
The other part is the brake booster, which is actually in the engine compartment but bolts to the firewall, and your brake pedal mechanism pushes into the booster. You will need to get your head under the dash with the engine running and press on the pedal to locate the leak--on the switch or on the wall.

Squiling Sound while releasing the brakes

I agree it is the brake pads and rotors. If it has been doing it for 6 months then it is pretty likely you need to replace the rotors. Had you replaced the brake pads soon after you started hearing the squeal, you might have gotten by just replacing the pads and not the rotor.

Brakes do not completely release at times,

Might be bad brake lines if front (the rubber ones). When they get old they collapse when you apply the brakes and they won't let the brake fluid go back to the master cylinder until the pop back open.
