Question about 2005 Honda Civic

Rear bumper not fitted properly on 2005 honda civic gli

Had rear bumper repaired and repainted on my honda but when it was refitted to car it wasnt flush with rear taillight covers(tolerance is out by about 2mm around bottom of taillights) nor flush with rear quarter panel(it sticks out about 2mm) and not flush with lip of bootlid. My mother has same car and also had to have rear bumper refitted and the same issues apply to her car. Is it therefore, impossible to relocate rear bumper(on a 2005 honda civic gli) as it was done at the factory or did we just have unconscientious panel beaters work on the car?

Hi all cars that come from the factory are quality controled so it would not be allowed out in such a shoddy condition get someone who knows what they are doing because if its in the fixing locations correctly then your panel work is out proberly due to the impact take it back best of luck yates210456

The plastic bumper covers are dented. I would like to replace tghem with parts from a salvage tard.

Another good source of secondhand bumpers is a spoiler shop, might even find one the same colour if you're lucky.
