Question about 1992 Honda Accord
My car does missing(****)i changed plugs and fuel filter but problem is still there
If you already changed the spark plugs, did you notice if there was any oil in the spark plug tubes? If so that could be the source of the miss. The other thing is that the distributors on those cars were known to go bad. Actually it was the cam sensor inside the distributor, but the fix is to replace the whole distributor. Sometimes the cause was oil entering the distributor through a faulty seal in the housing. Ultimately you end up replacing the whole thing. Hope this helps.

It could be the ignition (spark plug) leads that connect to to the spark plugs, one could be shorting out or open circuit. Get them tested if possible, or just buy a new set, probly not too expensive. Could try swapping the leads with some known good ones (ie off another car that doesn't have the problem) before buying new ones, but if it's a '92 and never had them replaced it's probly good to do them anyway.
