Question about 1995 Chevrolet Monte Carlo
The gas is on 1/4 when key is in ON position but once I turn it off it goes just a little over 1/4. Go figure? I don't know wheat to do.
I'm not quite understanding what the issue is. Is it this just bugs you or do you want to know if the fuel level sensor might be failing. Unless its causing engine malfunction or fuel pump problems I personally wouldn't worry too much over it. I would bet that fuel level sensor is failing, this sensor is part of the fuel pump assembly. With a car this old fuel pump issues are quite common.
