Carburetor on a 2002??? Do you mean throttle body? If you changed the throttle body to a different brand or size then your car's cpu should be reprogrammed.

I would suspect the needle valve and seat in the carburetor bowl is sticking open thus allow fuel to flow into the intake which is flooding the engine.

Look at the crank Position Sensor and the Cam Sensor as well as check the Timing belt for proper operation, if there is a slack of any type in the timing belt the tension device isn't working properly and is the cause of the problem.

There could be several reasons for the car not starting. The three main things needed for a car to start are fuel, compression, and spark. Take any of these three out of the equation and your car will not start. Basically you need to find out if you have all of these three things. How many miles are on this car? Have you ever had the timing belt changed? does the engine crank really fast or normally? The easiest to check is spark you can get a spark tester at your local auto parts store. I am fairly certain the fuel pump is int the fuel tank on that year Accord. If you can answer these questions it may help narrow down the possibilities.
