I need a diagram of a 1800 subaru engine as it has water in the oil & i want to change the head gaskets

This engine has been over-heated. Replacing the head gaskets will not correct the prob! The heads will need to be rebuilt. This could cost far more than the car is worth. Sorry

water pump could be bad again. if the seal is out lets air in around pump propeller and it won't move water and it over heats. its a lot of work but you can fix it your self
