Question about 2004 Honda Accord
When starting a cold engine whatever is attached to the top pulley on the
engine makes a high pitched noise which is louder when the steering wheel
is turned . After a few miles the noise goes away. Starting the engine when
it has been driven does not cause the noise.
Check pawer steering pump belt mybe it is worn out or loose, also check the alteranator belt.
