I know this sounds crazy, but mine was doing the same thing and NOBODY could find the problem so I took it to the dealership and it was the wire harness.. UGH!! The WHOLE time it was something so simple as the wire harness..

You might have water in your tank if you do not keep it full all the time? You could try adding HEET to get rid of any water that might have collected in the tank?

Check engine light is on and car keeps dying while im driving

engine computer sounds like it is going into default mode to protect engine components.Check oil first, then it is going to need a diag computer hooked up to see what is going on.It could just be a bad sensor of some sort.

95 Eagle Talon stalls out after driving for a while. Has new ignition coil, plugs and wires, computer and fuel pump but I've been told it has something to do with the fuel line, any help?

I have the same year and stalls out occasionally in the beginning and now I can barely drive a quarter mile. All of the parts you listed I've tested and appear ok but what I'm thinking is not fuel because it would act crazy gasping for fuel but the camshaft and crankshaft sensors. If either of these are failing then the engine stops firing and dies. Also could be the alternator or battery. If not enough charge then the car could die. Mine dies like I turned the key off (and don't think it's ignition switch) and gauges all just drop to zero still sounds like engine is sort of on until I finally coast close to stopping and then dies and oil light comes on.

i think your exhaust might have a leak which is heating up your oil when this happens the engine suffocates and wants to die.
