Question about 2006 Ford Laser
My left rear whell bearings are going on the LAser. Are they relatively easy to replace? Are there any tricks? Do you need a press to remove and replace?
Thanks in advance
They are easy to replace but should be done at work shop unless you have the tools to remove and install the bearing outer cone,a press is not required They are easy to damage when refitting. If you wish to know more and attempt it yourself you will need a half inch socket set Metric and imperial,a punch, hammer, grease, pliers for the split pin, clean rags, screwdriver to loosen brake shoes off if brake drum doesnt come straight off and a bit of patience.Once youve done it to one side the other will be easier and quicker.Let me know and Ill walk you through it as you do it .
