On the 3.3 3.8 engine it is located where the transmission meets the engine block at the rear near the rear engine mount.

My 2002 dodge grand carvan wont start put key in it turns but no crank we know its not the starter plz help

The motor turning & the motor cranking -- are the same thing

You have a NO Start Condition-- if the motor cranks or turns over

Check for Compression
Check for Fuel Pressure
Check for Spark & Injector Pulse
Check that the Timing Belt is on or not jumped

My 2000 Dodge Grand Caravan will crank but won't start.

Hi, if an engine cranks but refuses to start, it lacks ignition, fuel or compression. When the engine cranks normally but won't start, you need to check ignition, fuel and compression. Ignition is easy enough to check with a spark tester or by positioning a plug wire near a good ground. No spark? The most likely causes would be a failed ignition module, distributor pickup or crankshaft position (CKP) sensor.

1996 dodge grand caravan 3.3 will turn over but will not crank seems to be no fire to the plugs

It is hard to say with the info posted, it could be related to a number of issues. If you have verified that there is no spark to the spark plugs, it could be the CPS (crankshaft position sensor)
