I may can help with the transmision part. Will your cruise work? If not, this is your fix.
Sitting in the driver seat, to the left of the gear shift is a small tab that says shift lock overide. Pop this tab off and push a small screw driver down until it releases the lock while trying to shift into gear . To fix the problem replace the brake light/cruise control switch. (can be found at most auto zone stores $40-60). It is a pin switch located just above the brake pedal. Mash the brake an you will be able to see it operate. Easy to replace.

Horn blows after I installed battery

Attach the battery cables to the correct positive and negative connections, close the hood, use your remote to lock and unlock the doors and the horn should stop. The vehicle may be in anti theft mode and locking and unlocking the doors with them closed should put the vehicle back into normal mode.
Your radio may show antitheft mode now and the code to return it to normal should be in your vehicle handbook in the glove compartment or attached on a sticker to the side of the glove compartment. It can also be had from a Honda dealer.DO NOT EVER REVERSE YOUR BATTERY CABLE CONNECTIONS.

My Honda 98 Ex's horn wont honk and stuck in park... The brake lights are not coming on but the parking lights are lighting up! What could the problem be?

Sounds like a blown fuse. There's a lock solenoid for your shifter that is activated through your brake light switch. Sounds like these issues are all related

Which is the horn fuse honda accord 2ooo

My alarm on my 2002 honda accord keeps going off. Should I just remove the horn fuse, or go see a repair shop. I'm worried that they will try to give me the 'works' and end up costing me a fortune.

We had the distribute replaced and now the brake

Sounds like a fuse, in the underhood fuse box, the brake lights & cruise are on the same 20 amp fuse. After replacing the fuse, check the brake lights first. Then see if the horn works, horns usually are the cause for a blown fuse, they short out.

Blown horn fuse

Should be under the dash with the rest of them. Its a black bos should be square or it could be in the engine bay near the battery or other type of electrical componets.

Ignition switch locks when remplaced the Stop Light & Horn fuse

Sounds like wiring. The key won't release unless the car is in park. From what I can remember the solenoid that controls the shifter lock is on the same circuit as the horn. Since the fuse was spent I think somthing must be shorting out. Take the centre console out and check for burn and or touching wires by the shifter.

Horn does not work.

It could be the contacts in the steering wheel, or it could be the horn relay.
