Question about 1999 Volkswagen GTI
I'm not sure, but I assume the alarm is connected to one of the fuses in the fuse block. Perhaps you could hook up the battery and unplug one fuse at a time and find the one that the alarm is connected to. It is probably one of the accessory circuits.
