Bad sqeeking while driving nd turning 1997 chevy blazer

Sounds like it could be the brake pad indicator. When the brake pads start to go bad there is a small mettle lip that makes a sound to warn you before they get too bad and fail.have them checked.

get the front breakes checked incase they need replacing if they are ok you can try cleaning the rust of around the disks also taking the pads out and putting a bit copper grease on the backs of the pads might stop them from sqeeking some time a harder pad will make the sqeek any way but try the above it should stop hope this helps ivan

Front drivers side of my 2wd sqeeks sounding like spring? and the truck has 70000

could it be the brake pad wear tabs telling you your pads arealmost gone? Check your bearing with vehicle off ground and slowly rotate tire to feel smooth movement at spindle. if noise coincides with rough road it is suspension parts/bushings

Have your brake checked, also check the backing plate in back of brake rotor, could have gotten bent while working on it. Good Luck

2007 jeep compass 4x4 brakes sqeek when backing up especially. Replaced pads, rotors and rear calipers still sqeek

take your pads back off take the backing plate off load a bunch of anti sqeek between the pad and plate then the plate and caliper should solve your problem unless its your coposition off your pads some grades of semi metallic pads just sqeek.

Brake -transmission interlock system. Solenoid faulty or out of adjustment.
The air swishing sound is probably just your brake pads getting worn down, or some dirt in them. If they aren't sqeeking when you touch the brake, you're okay, or it might have been air coming out of your tire! There isn't much weight on the rear, so it's harder to notice a low tire. Better check it.
