Question about 2006 Saturn ION
THE CHANGE OIL LIGTH COMES ON EVERY TIME I START THE CAR. THIS JUST STARTED LAST WEEK. THE OIL WAS JUST CHANGED 2 MONTHS AGO, WELL BEFORE THE 3,000 MILES (I DON'T PUT ALOT OF MILES ON THE CAR), SO THE OIL SHOULD BE FINE. I END UP PRESSING THE MILEAGE TRACKING BUTTON EACH TIME AND IT DISAPPEARS, BUT I HAVE TO DO THIS EACH TIME I START THE CAR. HOW DO I GET THIS WARNING TO DISAPPEAR FOR GOOD?
Turn on the ignition, without the motor running, fully press and release accelerator three times within five seconds>start car.
