See crv recall to replace ignition switch that malfunction. It solved my problem at no cost.

I had a similar problem with my odyssey. It was a loose connection onto the battery. After I cleaned and tightened everything, it went away.

Your ignition is probably faulty. It's sensing that you turned the key back, shutting your car down.
