Under the car between fuel tank and engine, follow the fuel line. I never saw filter is so clogged up, engine won't start. Do you have ignition? Can you hear fuel pump running? Messy but you can disconnect fuel line and see if there is gas.

The starting problems arise due to the formation of carbon in the plugs, so unscrew the plugs and clean with petrol and refix them, your problem will be over.

    here ya go.......

No start. Hard start and/or rough idle for a short time after first start cold

The ignition relay has poor or intermittent contacts

At the Yellow select monitor connector, find the Yellow/Red wire. Monitor this wire for voltage when the condition occurs. It should be powered any time the relay is energized. The relay is energized any time the key is in the run position. Remove and inspect the relay for the updated part number. The relay can be found on a bracket about 8" above the foot rest on the far left of the foot well. It is Brown with 6 pins. The original part number is 25229AA000. The updated relays part number is 25229AA001. The part number of just the updated relay without the bracket is 25232AA028.

92 ford focus runs fine but won't start after

If car is parked for 45min running will it restart?
Most likely you have a fuel pump getting hot & shutting down cools off & then will restart. The fuel pump relay could also do this.

The fan motors keeps running after car is shut off. Also sometimes fans start when car is started cold.

If the fans didn't run any further the engine continues to warm and possible seizure will occur. This is also the reason you will probably go through batteries in the long run. Hopefully this helps the issue you are having.

Occasionally my 99 Sable won't restart till after 3/4 hour wait

There is a condition called thermal breakdown in ignition parts( ie: spark control modules). Pretty common really in older stuff. Why does it happen only after shutdown? because of a condition called heat soak. underhood temps rise higher than ever right after shutdown. Your ignition module is mounted to the side of the distributor. If practical when the problem happens pour cold water on the module give it one minute and see if it starts(wont damage it) if it starts right up you proved it bad. Hope I helped Thanks

Starting problem when hot (occasinally when cold)

When this happens try opening the gas cap and retightening. Might be vapor lock.

Vihicle died won't start

My 92 Subaru would not start. New rotor, cap, replaced fuel filter. No gas getting to filter. When gas trickled in carb, runs like a top. I think the fuel pump out.
