Question about 1991 Acura Integra Hatchback
Why does my fuse keeps blowing for my left front headlight?
There is a wire grounding out some where or getting wet if it only does it in the rain eather way find that wire & fix it and the problem will go away.

Also check out the electrical plug to the headlamp bulb...these bulbs get very hot and sometimes the plugs deteriorate as they are made of plastic. i have seen them breakdown and allow the wires to contact each other! just a thought.

There has got to be a hot wire shorting out some where in that circuit, you will need to trace this circuit from the head lite back to the fuse box. try and remember if any work has been done on the car just prior to developing this problem. if so check in that general area to see if any wires were accidently pinched or cut. if you are unable to find the shorted wire then have your head lite switch checked out, as it may be shorting out inside. by any chance have you had a minor fender bender( accident ) on the front left side of your car? as this may have pinched a wire.
I hope this is helpfull
