Seems you have a transmission failure problem. You should repair your tranny as soon as possible. As it only will got worse and cost more in the future if you choose to ignore it now.

Won't drive or shift in 3rd gear but will reverse first and second gear

If it won't shift to 3rd and stays in second, bad shift solenoid/s. If it shifts and the transmission drops out(high RPM's), the bad clutches in the transmission. Rebuild. Solenoids around $600 to replace. Transmission rebuild around $2200.

2002 Toyota Tundra ....it's in gear but not moving. It will go at high RPM s but never really shift , can't go past 50 - 60mph.....

Have the codes read. It's probably in limp mode. Driving that fast in second gear, your probably going to burn something else up.

I was driving approx.60mph,when my speedometer stop working and the trans.seem to shift into second gear,I believe it to be a speed sensor problem. I do not know the location of it though.

You probably have a blown fuse that conrols the speedometer and shift point of the transmission; Check the fuses inside the car under the dash on the driver side. The speedometer tells the transmission when to shift.

Trouble in shifting

I am having trouble understanding what you are saying but it sounds like you are saying the transmission shift points are too high. (Holds the gears too long, RPM's too high before it shifts) RIght? Check to see if you have vacuum to the modulator at Idle. If yes replace the modualtor.

Shifting problem

sounds like it may be either a converter problem or u got some bad clutches in third in the case you need to go to a tranny shop.
