I believe these are interference engines. But it may still be okay. A leak down test can tell if a valve is definitely bent or not without having to replace the belt first.

I have an Isuzu kb 350 and has a broken timing belt and now is failing to start because of not sure of piston position in relation to dual camshafts

be VERY careful! Most engines are interference motors and a bust timing belt results in catastrophic failure when the valves contact the pistons because they are out of sync!

Timing belts usually come with markings - you would almost certainly find the compression TDC for cylinder 1 (not exhaust TDC - if the air blows thru plug hole when piston is rising its compression - if the air is NOT blowing out plug hole its exhaust tdc - rotate once more).

Now you will have to find the timing marks on the camshaft(s) and set according to the manual.

Did the valves bend on my 2002 elantra 2.0 engine when the belt broke? Or is it ok to replace the belt without any worry

Most engines for the elentra even the new ones have engines that are interference engines. Which means that valves hit the piston.

1995 Eagle Summit AWD cranks but won't start...battery, fuel pump, spark plugs replaced ...why? Is the problem the multiport fuel injector relay? Where is this relay located?

Sounds like a timing belt has snapped. If it is an interference engine, the engine could be ruined (pistons hit the valves and bend them). Check gates belts to see if it is an interference engine. Belts normally snap at 80,000 to 120,000 miles.
