check fuses if not check for power to window button if power check for bad wires or open connections to motor or buttons if both windows dont work most likely bad fuse thats its unmaked like under the radio or the inside lights
The cruise has no dedicated fuse, you will most likely be looking to replace the clockspring rotating contact located under the steering wheel which connects the switches in the steering wheel (horn, cruise and air-bag) to the rest of the electrical system.
it sounds like you got 2 problems...the cruise and radio buttons sound like a bad clockspring......the overhead console problem sounds like a bad ambient temp sensor located behind the grill. if it is too cold out the ac will not run
The most common solution is to replace the brake light switch . The switch has 3 sets of contacts one set is for the cruise control. If the cruise control part is at fault the cruise control will not engage. The switch typically costs from 10 to 15 dollars.
