It may be that the engine control unit may need to be checked for fault codes first.on some cars the control may need reprogramming to over come the acceleration problem after battery goin totally flat.

09 mercedes c350 won't start able to turn ignition switch unable to shift no noise no nothing

I just went through this two days ago. You probably need a new ignition. What happens is these cars lose connection for some reason to the chip in the key and it can't be fixed with just programming. It has to be a whole new ignition. Mercedes are so much different then to any American car. Good luck and it costed around 950 to fix in Wa state.

2000 s430 battery was drained flat, after recharge battery, everythings work fine except sun roof won't operate, does it require reprogram ? how ?

To the best of my knowledge it should not need to, consulting your dealer or a call to a local Mercedes repair shop would give you the best answer. I would say co-incidence that switch went bad at same time of dead battery

If you mean key will not turn in ignition, charge or jump start
Car has electronic ignition switch

Battery went flat on Mercedes and do not have a code to restart the radio

the code should be in the owners manual, if you do not have it go into dealer and they should be able to look it up by VIN.
