Question about 1989 Peugeot 405

1 Answer

Engine oil At the risk of sounding totally stupid, can I ask where to top up the engine oil in my 405 diesel? I've had older Peugeots and I always topped up the oil via the sump, where the dipstick is, is that the right place to do it or has it changed since 504s?

On my 405 1.9td there are two clips where the dipstick unit is. I remove the cap and then fill the oil there.

No worries, it confused me when i first went to fill mine up. Not used to filling up cars in that manner.
