Sometimes you'll find Chrysler dealer parts cheaper or as cheap as aftermarket, so make sure you price it through them too. Should only take a few minutes to change so I can't see labor being too much. I'd just do the one for now, like I said, a few minutes labor, so if it other needs doing later, no big deal unless you want to save the extra diagnostic charge, if there is one.
