Question about 2005 Chrysler Town & Country
The sliding door operates correctly in the electronic mode(i.e key chain and in the car) but is experiencing a "hard" open/close by manually operating the door.
Any suggestions? The Dealer seemed to have no solutions.
If it operates normally by the key fob and the contols in the car but slides hard manually, it probably need s a sliding door motor. There is a clutch in the motor that probably is not disengaging as it should. Surprising that a dealer could not tell you this as I am a former Chrysler technician.
