My 98 Grand Voyager 3.3L engine # is located on the rear of the cylinder block, below the cylinder head, your 99 should be the same location. It contains the last digit of the model year, manufacturing plant, engine, usage (car, truck), month/day, serial code (last 8 digits of vin). countrycurt0

Hi, I have just purchased a 2004 chrysler grand voyager. The heating system is not blowing hot. Any clues what to do ? Kevin

The first thing you should do is make sure the engine coolant is getting near 195 degrees. If not you may need a new thermostat.

I have a 99 plymouth grand voyager, when i slow
