My father-in-law has been workin' for over a week on this car and still can't locate the Fuel Pump Relay System. He has stints in his heart and can't afford a mechanic and this thing is gettin the best of him.
He worked in a Machine Shop all of his life, but this car is crazy man. btw, it's a 1994 Ford Aspire. Again, any help, please...

I'm confused here.. I don't see where I gave a Zero rating. I said Thanks So So much for the quick reply but the car is a standard shift . I'm really sorry for the misunderstanding. I never gave a zero rating, I only came in and checked for an answer and posted the comment on Oct 15th. I had been in the hospital myself for 11 days and I was only tryin to help my FIL.. Tell me how to correct it and I will... MY BAD Totally...

Where is the fuel pump shut off switch and how do i reset it as my little brother just bought a 94 ford aspire that has been sitting without being started, let alone driven in the past 18 months. we have replaced the battery and checked the plugs. it turns over but doesnt seem to be getting any fuel and I just noticed that under the hood is a sticker stating that we should consult the owners manuel for how to reset it but there isn't one in the car and the former owner has recently passed away so we cannot call him to ask if he still has it, nor do we want to bother his family with this problem..... PLEASE HELP!!!!!

I believe it is one of the three relays under the dash, and adjacent to the clutch pedal or brake pedal if you have an automatic transmission

Wheres the fuel pump relay located at on a 1994 ford escort

Check the fuel pump reset which is usually on the drivers side in the trunk under the mat. By-pass it and see if the fuel pump will start. They can become corroded and may be your problem. Fuel pump relay should be under the hood and marked as FI or Fpump etc. New Answer: the relay is in front of the shifter under the dash if you get the panels off (shifter cover , lower center panel and left center panel you can see it and the PCM power relay if you lay on passenger floor and look to rear of center area.

Where is the fuel relay located on 1994 Dodge Shadow, 3.0, V6? How can you tell if it is not workin'? Is there a fuse, and which one is it? This is a sideways motor. Thank you.

Check for pawer back at the pump. If it is working that there will be power to the fuel pump. If it is not working than there won't be power to the pump. Granted that the wiring is in good shape.
