Question about 2004 Buick Rainier
I have a 2004 Buick Rainier whose front passenger seat no longer moves back all the way - the seat motor only moves the seat back about 1/2 of normal. I have checked for and not found any obstructions. Is the seat track on the floor adjustable?
I have had the same problem. It occurs when you take the key out of the ignition to fast. Sounds stupid but if you turn the engine off and slow down the extraction of the key the seat will move as it should. I was turning off and taking the key out fast and the seat would not retract. Slowed everything down and now it works. Hope this works for you.
