Hey I have a 95 S-10 and I'm in the middle of replacing the turn signal switch. I have it unplugged but I cant find all the screws that hold it to the steering column. I have one out but please tell me there is a way without pulling the steering wheel.

    Thanks in advance.

Fairly simple for average guy. Go or call a local parts store, and ask for a multifunction switch, your VIN number will help them to better ID the right one, cost maybe $80-100. They should be able to show you a diagram as to how it installs, usually just a couple of screws to remove plastic shouds to access the switch, which should have a plug going into it, plug and play.

The wipers will not work in the daylight....when he starts the truck in the daylight the wipers will not come night when he is leaving work the wipers will work.....checked the fuses and replaced...

So what youre saying is the wipers work when the headlights are on
but the wipers dont work when the headlights are off?

I would suspect the turn signal switch is bad. I believe the switch on your S-10 controls
the wipers as well as switching from high beams to low beams. Since that switch is related
to the control of both headlights and wipers.

Could also be the headlight switch. The wiring harness from the turn signal switch plugs
into the headlights switch. I would replace the headlight switch first since you can get one
for around $25. Turn signal switch costs $150-$200. Maybe a little more or less for your vehicle.

2000 Chevy CK, have hazard lights, turn signals,

test your brake switch located on the brake fulcrum. you can unhook the wires and usea paper clip to connect the two wires together if the brake lights come on then replace the switch, if it does not come on and the bulbs are ok then replace turnsignal switch.

Need to relace the wiper/cruise control lever s10

take the cover off the wheel remove the center nut and you will have to get a steering wheel puller and crank that down on the center screw until the wheel comes off and then once you have the switch in just get the steering wheel in place and have it where you can catch a few threads and tighten it back down

Brake lights wont come on unless my bright headlights are on

By the discription just about the only thing it could be is the multifunction switch, this is the turnsignal, wiper, blinker, bright light, and cruise if it has it switch. And it is not verry simple to replace. The steering colum needs to be taken apart to replace.
