I have a 95 gmc sierra 2500 and im trying to put in my aftermarket rafio so i cut the stock harness out the square puece that goes in back of stock radio and now i cant figure out what wire is what i got...

I would suggest you spice the wires back to stock harness by male and female connections and tape over them with black tape then get a stereo install kit that includes a wiring harness ( cost about $20 maybe or less) for the year of truck you have... it will plug right to your stock harness ...never just cut stock stereo wires from stock plug it will be more of a headache than you think trust me I've installed all my own stereo system been there done that... good luck

Sorry i forgot to say i have a 1996 saturn so i need the stereo wiring color code of stock stereo to put in my new stereo

Buy a wiring kit from wal-mart or stereo shop. It will allow you to plug into stock wiring without cutting anything, and have instructions for hooking up your new system. Cheap and easy, plus you can go back to stock should you ever sell the car.

Out of curiousity did you check your fuse? In installing one a while ago I created a short and had no power a simple fuse replacement and all was good?

The other one is if you made cuts in the wire did you make sure the right connections were made?

May seem simple and if you already checked apologies for mentioning it however, I have found sometimes that we pass the simple solutions trying to make it more complicated than what it is.

My 2008 Chevy Cobalt stock stereo has stopped functioning. It doesn't light up, turn on, nothing.

Have you had the battery disconnected recently? The stereo on GM cars have a security feature that locks them down if the power supply is interrupted. You would have to contact your dealership to get the code to reactivate the stereo. If there has been no disruption in the power supply, then check for blown fuses.

I need to access the stock stereo in my 2008 CX-7.

I am not really sure on this vehicle but usually there is a special set of tools , they look like small flat bars that go in on the sides of the radio to release the locking mechanism. You can definitely get them at a dealer but try stopping at a stereo shop they might be able to let you use one, it only takes about one minute to release the locks.

I am installling a subwoofer in a celica

Your stock stereo doesn't not have RCA Pre-outs, to plug into the amp, which powers your sub, so pick out a good stereo, and email me with the details.

2002 Chrysler Town & Country - Driver Front Dash Speaker Buzzes

The first thing I would do is pull the stereo out of the dash and unplug it . If the buzzing stops the stereo is bad get a new stereo. Its not hard to remove the stereo. Right above the cup holder there is a small cover you need a very small screwdriver to remove it . Under that is a few screws take those out then grab the plastic cover that runs around the stereo and pull towards the back window it simply pops off (No screws) After you remove that cover you will see 4 phillips head screws that hold the stereo in remove them. Last slide out the stereo there will be 1 plug with alot of wires that is the power and speakers . Unplug it . The other round plug is the FM antenna

1997 Nissan Sentra, weird humming/buzzing sounds

can you hear this through the stereo?  If so you may have a problem created somewhere in your ignition , where the stereo is picking up a fluctuating signal.
