Electrical problems I have a 2006 Ford Focus, I was driving home from work one day and the Radio went off. I work nights so the lights were on and the AC. When I attempted to turn the radio on the words LOW BATTERY came on the radio screen. I kept driving and several miles down the road I loose all my gauges and the lights start getting dimmer. After much prayer I made it home as I turn in the driveway the car dies it rolled in the drive. Later that evening it did start, I took it to the shop, they said it was the battery. Two days later it does it again it has been in the shop for almost a week and they can't find the problem.
Sound like the car is not recharging the battery as you drive. Take it to a different shop and ask them to test the alternator and entire charging system as well as the battery.

Check your alternator. My van did something similar. I was driving down the road and all of the sudden my windows, a/c, radio, door locks, speedometer, everything electrical went down. We stopped and tried to crank it and it wouldn't. Then finally it cranked up went another mile before the fuel pump quit working too. It was the alternator. I had to have someone come jump me off and follow me to the parts store and then home for it to be fixed.
the battery light has nothing to do with the battery itself, it is indicating that there is a problem with the alternator that charges the battery, most likely a defective rectifier bridge diode has failed.
Sounds like the head unit is bad on your audio system. You would need to replace the entire unit. I'd recommend an aftermarket stereo instead of another Ford stereo.
First check the battery voltage if its less than recommend voltage then its the battery ,try jump starting the car if its works then you need replace its battery ....
