Yah i just replaced the battery and now my blinkers don't work

You might want to check the turn signal fuse on the interior fuse panel and check the blinker relay in the fuse panel under the hood.

Blinkers stop working

Probably the relay is broken. You can find it next to the fuses in the fuse box. Its either a black or silver cube. It should make a clicking sound when you turn the blinker on.

Had to pull fuse # 23 brake switch to get the back lights to shut

If it's the brake lights, you may need to adjust your stoplight switch under the brake pedal bracket. If it's the taillights, then you will need to trace and diagnose it. Which lights are staying on and which circuit does fuse #23 operate?

Blinkers not working

The buzzing sound is probably your relay. It is in your fuse panel and it is what controls how fast your blinkers flash. It is usually a round plastic thing in the fuse panel. and you replace it just as you would a fuse just pull the old one out and push the new one in
