Its fairly easy if you are mechanicly inclined i guess. there should be 4 or 5 bolts right under the hood you take off, and you have to remove the plastic shroud around the wheel to get to some hidden bolts, some of which connect to the bumper. also, if you have your door open all the way there should be a bolt or two you need to remove. and there might be 2 bolts under by the bottom of the door [where you would put a jack]. and if you remove all those and it still wont come off, you might need to pull off the headlight assembly to get to another one. So yeah overall if you have never done it before it might take you a while, but you can definatly do it with normal tools and patience.

Hi, Fuel filters for 1995 Toyota 4Runner would be under the vehicle driver's side halfway between front and rear. It is an inline design and would look like the image below. The two (2) ends have threaded openings that connect to the fuel line from the tank and the other going towards the engine. Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information. Take care
The difficult part in changing manifold gaskets is getting to the bolts. It is not difficult. I jack up the vehicle and place on jack stands so I can work above, below and through the fender well. The drivers side will pull out far enough to replace the gasket without haveing to remove the manifold. You should inspect the surface for straightness. Tools needed are socket wrenches, box end wrenches and a pry bar.
Good luck and rate me highly.
remove the splashsheild on fender first/remove bolt at fender 10mm then take out the bolts on the apron and then open the door you will find a bolt there and one at the bottom of fender at rocker /thats it please rate my response thank you very much
Open the hood. Observe the "tab" on the driver side inner fender, above the corner of the headlamp, outer edge. Remove the screw. Pull the lamp assembly straight forward, towards you. If it has never been out, the lamp will be tight. There are 2 locking pins inside the fender that need to be defeated, you just have to grasp the back side of the lamp (closest to the driver door) and pull it straight towards the front of the car, NOT sideways.
