IMMO does not allow, you to lose all keys, then buy one and start the car, in fact that it is A#1 PURPOSE. to prevent that.
you need to have the box that goes to the ignition, you need to have the key fob and key also, unlock and lock the doors with the key fob a couple times then insert the key and start it,if it doesnt work, call a dealer
You may be able to hold the original key close to the key lock and try starting the truck with a valet key that does not have a chip.

It has a programable key which will keep it from starting if there is a problem with the key or the security system. Make sure your key has not lost programming by the security light on the dash. A light will blink when you turn on the key if it has lost programming. start here
big problem ,give dealer copy of papers which show your name on them, your idenity card to prove who you are and they will order a new key (get two) then they have to be programmed into the car
check your reverse swich. if the switch doesnt see connection, being out of reverse/in reverse, then the ignition switch will not get supply power. look for swiches/sensors by the shifter and ignition swich for possible faulty switch/sensor. hope this helps
