Sounds like high crankcase pressure probably caused by blowby. You didn't say how many miles but rings may be worn enough to allow pressure to pass by them.

01 crown vic p71 do i need a new oil pump .. Gauge jumps up and down. Motor has vibration

Tough to say. The lifter making the noise could be allowing oil pressure to escape. Or it may be dry for oil because oil is not getting to it.
You may have to take the lifters out to see if it is a lifter problem or lack of oil.

What is the torq setting for the rocker arms on a 91 crown vic with a 5.0L

zjlimited_1679.jpg

Fig. 2: Rocker arm assembly - 5.0L and 5.8L engines

* Apply engine oil or assembly lubricant to the valve stem tip and pushrod end. Also apply lubricant to the rocker arm and fulcrum seat contact surfaces.
* Rotate the crankshaft until the lifter is on the camshaft base circle (all the way down) and install the rocker, fulcrum seat and fulcrum bolt. Tighten the bolts to 18-25 ft. lbs. (24-34 Nm).
*
Install the rocker arm cover(s).

Hope this helps.

Where is pvc valve on 91 crownvic 5.0

Check your valve cover. The pcv (positive crankcase ventilation) valve is pressed into a rubber grommet, it is a small plastic piece half the size of your finger with a check valve in the middle and its hooked into a rubber hose that goes into your intake or carb depending on your vehicle setup

Locate fuel filter on 91 crown vic

The fuel filter is located under the vehicle on the inner side of the left (driver side) frame rail.

Ford Crown Vic p0300 random cylinder misfire

take a look at the EGR valve it could be either vacum controlled or electronic either way what seems to be the problem is that the valve is stuck in the open position until the engine warms up you can gently tap the egr valve with a small hammer or a screw driver and you can see that it runs smooth, now if the egr valve is vacum controlled replace the valve. if it is electronoc controlled replace the valve and the module for the egr valve.

Toyot Rav4 1996 Uses Oil

It has to be either burning it or you have a leak. If you changed the oil and overfilled it a gasket may have blown. try pouring a can of engine stop leak. Maybe it will help.
