But there would be a fuse for those lights, somewhere. The park/taillights and the license plate light would for sure be on the same fuse. Not sure about the shift indicator light, that might be on a separate fuse like for dash lights and/or instrument panel lights. But yes, you need to look at all your fuse panel sites again, there might be more than one under the dash, too, maybe behind the glove box or under the dash on the passenger side.
Check to see if your brake lights and rear turn signal lights work. Do they still work right? If they don't work either, there may be a ground problem with the rear lights. If still no help with the lights, one would need a voltmeter and a wiring diagram of the lights to track down the problem. Things like looking for power along the electrical path from the switch to the fuse panel to the lcm to the bulbs. First find the fuse. good luck.

Looks like the dimmer switch is built into the combo turn signal wiper switch on the column. I would unplug that switch and see if the indicator light goes off. If it does the problem may be inside the combo switch.
there are a few fuses under the hood be sure to check fuses again at dash they could look good but not be and if one was blown it could have blown as soon as you turned them on again that would indicate a short. it could be the switch also if it is the pull type try pulling it slowly to see if they come on and turning it like to dim the dash lights. if that makes them come on you need a new switch sometimes it will work sometimes not
Dash lights are fed through the headlight switch. If the headlights
work, then you could have a bad switch. Before you go replacing the
switch, get a wiring manual for the car and see if you are getting 12v
at the wire that supplies the dash lights. I forgot the color of it.
