Check ground - most important - no ground no go . remove connections at battery first. then check connections at starter- problem lies with one of the disturbed wires .good luck

If you are not in the van, and you can start the engine, it has an automatic starter.

My toyota sienna 2010 is not being start just clicking

sounds more like your starter is bad, it could also be stuck, try rocking the car, sometimes if it is stuck this will help, if you can get under your car, try tapping on your starter

My 2000 toyota sienna suddenly will not start, no clicking, battery still has power, will not jump start?

You would need to know if you have power at the starter posts from the battery and from the key switch.
Could be the starter, neutral safety switch, or key switch.
Or a bad connection in the wiring.

Are you saying the serpentine belt is screeching after the engine starts, or the starter is screeching when you are cranking the engine ?

2005 toyota sienna - cranks slowly but does start. What could be the cause?

Old battery, (have it checked at local auto parts, the cold cranking amps will be low) or a bad starter, ( this can also be checked, but you will have to remove it)

2005 Toyota Sienna XLE - Automatic sliding door not closing.

This may or may not work depending on exactly what is wrong with the door, I cant tell what is wrong without looking at it directly however:
You can try starting with all doors closed and unlocked, keys in hand disconnecting the battery and letting the vehicle sit for 2 min or so, then reconnect the battery. Put the key into the ignition and turn it to the on position but do not start the van. Next press the button to disable the power sliding door for the drivers side, then manually open the door fully, wait 5 seconds, then close it manually fully. Press button the button again to re-enable the power sliding door, then try to use it with the automatic feature either by pulling the handle or using your remote, this may or may not work depending on if the door has somehow become de-initialized (it should work now) however if something is broken inside the door closing mechanism or door closed/open sensors, the door will continue to malfunction.
