Anyone please help!!!!! Today my 2005 XL7 open door indicator light came on and will not go out. My interior lights had to be manually turned out as well. I have checked all the doors and they are closed tightly. Any suggestions?
Hello! Maybe I am posting months after the question was posed, but today was my first visit to this website.
I believe the simple on-or-off rear-door (tailgate) sensor switch is the culprit. If it is not adjustable, gluing a piece of rubber to its plunger knob should do the trick. Good luck, and please post your result.

Probably one of the switches located on the door jams that tell the computer the door is closed has failed or become disconnected.

How do I find this switch and permanently turn it off?

My Suzuki has a leak that looks like it drips on the filter from above and it really leaks when started we are going through almost 5 quarts a day.
